Nadia F. Gonzalez is an immigration attorney with wide-ranging experience in family, naturalization, and employment-based immigration processes. She received her J.D. Degree from NSU Shepard Broad College of Law in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in 2016, and has dedicated her legal career to the immigration field. She is very passionate about immigration law, which has allowed her to work and live in top metropolitan areas where foreign individuals thrive. As a naturalized U.S. citizen, she is passionate about assisting individuals and their families as they navigate the ever-changing immigration system. She has volunteered with various non-profit organizations and citizenship clinics offering pro bono immigration services throughout South Florida. She also has a comprehensive understanding of criminal defense law, working with a prominent criminal defense attorney in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for over 9 years before attending law school.

Successfully represented an energy market analyst from France convert from an L-1B visa, with a 5-year limitation, to an L-1A visa, with a 7-year limitation. USCIS granted the extension, and recapture of unused visa time after our response to a difficult Notice of Intent to Deny ("NOID"). We argued the significance of market research in the renewable energy industry, an essential function forming the basis for the valuation of renewable energy assets.
Successfully obtained Permission to Reapply for Admission to the U.S. for a Canadian national looking to apply for U.S. medical residency programs, who had previously applied for asylum in the U.S., and without his knowledge was removed in absentia when he relocated to Canada.
Successfully represented multiple energy infrastructure professionals from Mexico to obtain Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC®) annotated B-1 visas to complete specialized training at secure U.S. maritime facilities.
