Ashley Arciadicono is a San Diego native who relocated with her family to Bend, Oregon in 2023. She graduated from San Diego State University, cum laude, with a B.A. in Psychology in 2006. Thereafter, she attended California Western School of Law, where she earned her J.D. in 2011. She is admitted to the California State Bar.

While in law school, Ashley interned for two semesters at Casa Cornelia Law Center in San Diego, California, a nonprofit legal organization serving immigrants. It was there that she discovered her passion for assisting vulnerable populations and realized the life-changing, generational impact of achieving lawful immigration status in the United States. She then took this passion into private practice, where she worked as an associate attorney at two law firms. In 2017, Ashley opened her own law firm, Abogada Ashley Immigration, Inc., based in Carlsbad, California, and Bend, Oregon, where she successfully represented individuals in various humanitarian and family-based cases before USCIS, immigration court, and at U.S. consulates abroad. While running her own firm, Ashley gained invaluable experience in managing clients’ experiences while they navigated stressful immigration processes. She is eager to apply the management skills she cultivated and the legal skills she honed during her eight years running her own firm to her position as a Senior Attorney with Jacobs & Schlesinger, LLP.

Ashley takes great pride in providing compassionate, effective, and zealous representation for all of her clients. Her family has also been personally impacted by the immigration experience, making it easier for her to relate to her clients’ experiences. She is a fluent Spanish speaker. Ashley has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since 2012 and has spoken on U visas at various AILA conferences over the years, in addition to holding leadership positions within the San Diego AILA chapter.

Ashley has two young children and, in her free time, can be found with her family enjoying Bend's beautiful outdoors and improving her pottery skills.
