Nadia F. Gonzalez is an immigration attorney with wide-ranging experience in family, naturalization, and employment-based immigration processes. She received her J.D. Degree from NSU Shepard Broad College of Law in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in 2016, and has dedicated her legal career to the immigration field. She is very passionate about immigration law, which has allowed her to work and live in top metropolitan areas where foreign individuals thrive. Nadia has been an attorney with Jacobs & Schlesinger since 2021.

Nadia has successfully represented foreign nationals before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), U.S. Embassies, U.S. Consulates, the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR), and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in San Diego, California, Miami and Fort Lauderdale, Florida, New York City, New York, and Newark, New Jersey. This includes obtaining visas for investors, managers, executives, specialized knowledge employees, and individuals with extraordinary talents in the arts, dance, modeling, music, photography, cosmetics, and sports industries including, a Latin Grammy Nominee, a Guinness World record skydiver, and an award-winning journalist. She also worked with some of the top ten global modeling agencies to obtain visas for international male and female models appearing at New York and Miami Fashion Weeks.

She has gained ample experience working on challenging cases with companies that specialize in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields including but not limited to the renewable energy industry, cloud computing, biology, automotive design, and biomedical industries.

As a naturalized U.S. citizen, she is passionate about assisting individuals and their families as they navigate the ever-changing immigration system. She has volunteered with various non-profit organizations and citizenship clinics offering pro bono immigration services throughout South Florida. She also has a comprehensive understanding of criminal defense law, working with a prominent criminal defense attorney in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for over 9 years before attending law school.
